DESIGN SUPPORT
HAP E20 & ASHRAE standard is used for the Heat/Cooling load calculations.
Excel program using ASHRAE standard for fitting losses is used for the calculations.
Cable sizing is designed by considering (Derating factor and Voltage drop percentage) in line with British standards BS 5467, BS 6004, BS 6724, BS 7211, BS 7629-1, BS 7846, BS 7889, and BS8436.
Calculation is arrived using Dialux and Dialux Evo in line with DEWA standards.
For computations, an Excel program & Carrier handbook referring to “ASHRE standard for fitting loses” are used.
Voltage Drops are calculated theoretically and by using software’s like ETAP.
Circuit details such as Load, size of the breaker, circuit reference and no of equipment connected in a circuit are provided in a spreadsheet. These schedules are created in Excel as well as in Revit.

The Mobility Pavilion strives to link people by offering chances and facilities for them to do business, co-operate, and access information, innovation, and solutions that will help regional and global communities grow in the future. The Mobility Pavilion, designed by globally acclaimed and regarded architects Foster + Partners, comprises a 12,000 m. sq. area with 4,000 m. sq. of display space. The scope of COMFOTEC was to help the MEP contractor in creating MEP shop drawings in BIM.

The project’s scope of construction includes a technological campus in Dubai Exhibition City. It is having a total of 180,000 square meters of leasable area. Mashreq Bank’s new headquarters is located in the Downtown Burj Khalifa neighborhood of Dubai. The 72,000m2 construction property is located just across from Dubai Mall. A four-story crown structure that comprises the top four floors of the building and extends up to 27 meters beyond the main building footprint is a distinctive element of the project.

The 450,000 sq m concrete-frame structure includes three basement levels, three floors, and a roof level on Dubai’s Palm Island. It is supported on existing piles at slabs and column-free zones, necessitating tight interaction with geotechnical specialists.
The plant is placed on a 25,000 square meter mezzanine beneath the roof and is linked to the facade for air management. The restaurant sections on the top are serviced individually. It has a 150,000 square meters of retail space.
