Expo 2020 - Mobility Pavilion
The Mobility Pavilion strives to link people by offering chances and facilities for them to do business, co-operate, and access information, innovation, and solutions that will help regional and global communities grow in the future. The Mobility Pavilion, designed by globally acclaimed and regarded architects Foster + Partners, comprises a 12,000 m. sq. area with 4,000 m. sq. of display space. The scope of COMFOTEC was to help the MEP contractor in creating MEP shop drawings in BIM.

Expo 2020 - Coex Campus
The project’s scope of construction includes a technological campus in Dubai Exhibition City. It is having a total of 180,000 square meters of leasable area. The Dubai Exhibition City would be one of the largest cultural structures in the world. The complex’s primary goal would be to host international fairs, markets, and trade exhibits. Co-ex will serve as the event hub for Expo 2020 Dubai, with the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) serving as the project’s customer.

One Zabeel
One Za’abeel is a mixed-use Development located in the center of the City. The Za’abeel complex, which proudly bears the address #1, is perfectly located between Dubai’s historic and new district of Dubai. The two-tower, high-rise mixed-use complex includes luxury homes, a luxury and ultra-luxury hotel, serviced apartments, office spaces, a retail pedestal known as “The Gallery”, and a panoramic sky concourse known as “The Linx” that links the two towers of One Za’abeel.

Beeah’s new Headquarters, inspired by the shape of the sand dunes from which it rises, is a marvel of Architectural brilliance in design, a model for sustainability in implementation, and a model for best working conditions and fruitful visitor involvement. The new Headquarters, designed by the famous Zaha Hadid Architects, is futuristic, one-of-a-kind, and a reflection of Bee’ah’s ethos and devotion to environmentally responsible methods.

Mashreq Bank HQ
Mashreq Bank’s new headquarters is located in the Downtown Burj Khalifa neighborhood of Dubai. The 72,000m2 construction property is located just across from Dubai Mall. A four-story crown structure that comprises the top four floors of the building and extends up to 27 meters beyond the main building footprint is a distinctive element of the project.

Museum of the Future
The Museum of the Future, created in Dubai, is a one-of-a-kind incubator for futuristic innovation and design. The Museum of the Future expands on the World Government Summit’s five years of temporary immersive installations. These pop-ups inspired the establishment of the Dubai Future Foundation and the permanent Museum of the Future, which is intended to become the world’s largest and most fascinating repository for tomorrow‘s trends and prospects.

The Creek Harbour Gate
This skyscraper is part of the Creek Harbour development in Dubai, which also includes the world’s next highest building. Creek Gate is located on the park’s northern edge and is accessible through Creek Island’s circular promenade. Emaar Square is a new worldwide shopping destination.

Naheek Mall
The 450,000 sq m concrete-frame structure includes three basement levels, three floors, and a roof level on Dubai’s Palm Island. It is supported on existing piles at slabs and column-free zones, necessitating tight interaction with geotechnical specialists.
The plant is placed on a 25,000 square meter mezzanine beneath the roof and is linked to the facade for air management. The restaurant sections on the top are serviced individually. It has a 150,000 square meters of retail space.

Rheem Mall
The new regional super-mall, which is built on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi’s core, is a key retail and leisure attraction for the city. More than 450 retailers, 85 restaurants, theatres, recreational facilities, and family entertainment complexes such as a snow park and one of the region’s largest hypermarket spaces are made available in this super mall. More than 190,000 square meters of retail space and parking facilities on three levels are also provided in this mall.

Crescent Baku
The “Crescent Development Project” has one section on Baku’s seafront. An offshore section, including “The Crescent Hotel,” is built on an artificial island about 170 meters from the beach. On the shore behind “The Crescent Hotel,” there is an office tower (“The Crescent City”) and a residential high-rise structure with a podium (“The Crescent Place”).

Nepean Teaching Hospital has a capacity of 520 beds. Nepean Hospital is located in Kingswood, New South Wales, Australia, at the foot of the Blue Mountains. Every year, the Nepean Emergency Department sees about 54,000 patients.

St Paul’s College is an Anglican residential college for men in Sydney, Australia, that is connected with the University of Sydney. It is Australia’s oldest university college, founded in 1856 by an act of the New South Wales Legislative Council in 1854.

Lotus by Paramount
