Chief Executive Officer
I started my journey in 2014 from the ground up, with no office setup, no prior market experience, and no clear path ahead. Taking on the challenge, I learned everything from scratch—delving deep into market dynamics and independently navigating the industry’s complexities. Our first project was referred by a friend, proving to be a crucial learning opportunity that deepened my understanding of the business landscape.
A significant turning point came in 2013 when Dubai Municipality mandated that all production must utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling), a change that greatly influenced our operational strategy and focus. By 2015, to meet growing demand and manage outsourced projects, we established an office in Chennai, India.
After 10 years of growth and experience, we have firmly established ourselves as industry leaders, offering tailored solutions in the construction and real estate sectors. Our commitment to innovation, combined with our expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), has allowed us to stay ahead of market trends while consistently meeting the evolving needs of our clients in Dubai and beyond.

We continue to scale operations efficiently, enhancing project delivery through streamlined processes and a client-centric approach.
This expansion allowed us to handle increased workloads effectively, and Chennai quickly became the central hub of our production and operations. From starting with zero employees, we grew into a dedicated team of 20 in Chennai. Over the years, our workforce expanded significantly: we reached 80 employees in 2017, grew to 100 in 2018, and peaked at 120 by 2019. However, due to the challenges posed by COVID-19, our team size was reduced to 80 in 2021, yet we have continued to maintain a strong market presence.
Before launching this business, I spent over a decade gaining invaluable experience in the field, working with one of Dubai’s top consultants, Haider. I had the privilege of contributing to some of the most prestigious projects, including the iconic Burj Khalifa, where I served as a key consultant overseeing design and site supervision. This extensive background equipped me with the confidence, expertise, and vision to start my own company and take on complex projects in a competitive market. My journey, characterized by continuous learning, perseverance, and strategic growth, has laid a strong foundation that continues to drive the company’s success today.
